AWT Conference 2022
Held at the Metro Vancouver Convention Centre in September ‘22, the AWT tasked us with providing audio visual for their 1500 members with 1 main plenary, 3 ballrooms and 6 breakout sessions. Here are some of the solutions we provided.
A plenary room design that would rival previous years
Using white block boarding, shapes and theatre style lighting, we were able to bring the room to life with different colour schemes to provide context to the themes and branding of the event. It definitely provided a wow factor. This sort of design can be used on a small scale as well.A session recording solution that wouldn’t break the bank.
Utilizing our screen capture devices and audio recording, we provided a ‘Slide & Audio’ recording that captures the vitals for any presentation. This type of archival recording can be great as a reference or to provide to attendees who couldn’t attend the conference.Flexible keynote & speaker support
Our super power is always working with changes and providing presenters with support that will provide confidence in a naturally stressful situation. In pictures below, you can see a teleprompter and presenter facing screens to assist with presenter notes and delivery.
